Capmonster giving me error

so i have capmonster already installed
but want to move it to my new pc

i installed it on new one and started it but it giving me this error

i hit ok and then

ok again

another ok and status changed to stopped and if i hit start , procces gonna be reapeted

Whats the problem

What can i do
