Capmonster help with remote server

Hi,

I have a windows server 2019 with aws as provider. Now I installed capmonster on that remote server. I opened up the port and I use the servers IP. But everytime I connect to it with my browser on my personal computer it says "this site cant be reached". Can anyone help me this?

Hi and welcome.
You are trying to use IPort, right? Not only an IP address. With port used what You have opened in firewall.

Then should be this:
HTTP-service for recognizing captchas is running on this IP-address
To use IP-address by another process, you should stop the service

Yes I am using IP and the port. I am using port 8899 and I have opened that port in the firewall. When I connect to it I get this message.

go to settings than program in capmonster and check "Set the following IP-address" has selected your real IP.

Are you sure this IP is available from remote?
Is your sever behind router or proxy or smth like this? Maybe you should make port forwarding.
