capmonster won't run

i'm using the latest version of capmonster and i'm using it about two months but since tonight i have a weird problem, u can see

it's weird because i'm administrator! and i don't have any antivirus! and i didn't have this problem before.
i uninstalled and re-install the software but the problem is still here and it annoys me, what can i do?

Most probably no access to hosts file in our windows os.

i installed this software on my PC and laptop.
i was using that about 2 months on my laptop until this problem showed up.
i installed that on my pc and it's working without problem, but i need that for my laptop, so it's temporary? what shall i do?

Enable Extended log in program settings, repeat the error and run Diagnostic from program directory. Send us resulted report.zip.
