Capmoster giving me this error

so i have capmonster already installed
but want to move it to my new pc

i installed it on new one and started it but it giving me this error

i hit ok and then

ok again

another ok and status changed to stopped and if i hit start procces gonna be reapeted

Whats the problem

What can i do

Some system process is running on the same ip:port as CapMonster2.
This is usually Skype or IIS, try disabling them.
