capmoster is not solving any recaptcha via in tab methord

I just bought today capmoster ,, on your site you written that it can solve recaptcha 2 but i try my luck and failing to with it,,

zennoposter is sending recaptcha to capmoster but capmoster is not solving it ...

please guide me what i am doing wrong here
