captcha, blank box in ZP+PM

Having issues (Tumblr) with the captcha box showing a white box. please see attachment. This is the same for PM and ZP. And I just redid the captcha portion in Action Recorder. (right click -- this is captcha -- right click -- this is recognition results.)

I have no problems with captcha loading there. Have you changed something like loading images, scripts, user agent?

No I haven't done any of that

If I switch off Javascript, the captcha image disappears.
