captcha submitted for recognition

I seem to be having trouble when it comes to using captcha resolving services,

The problem is when it comes to the captcha process the software states

"captcha submitted for recognition"

Then 5 minutes later still no response, I am currently using 2 captcha services which are death by captcha and decaptcher, Can anyone shed some light on this?
