Change Internet Explorer settings programmatically ?

Hi

i have problem while assigning proxy on zennoposter.i know that there is bug related to iframe.dll
so i need to trig IE proxy settings programmatically.i tried it on code editor but it did not work

is there any expert can do that ?

i will be very appreciated. i can not run zennoposter because of this problem
