checkingprocessor.exe errors every 15s

I have zenno 5.17.1.0 running on windows server 2008. After 1-3 days of running i get this error
https://prnt.sc/jjuggj from checkingprocessor.exe. It pops every 15sec and disappears after 10.
Zenno is working fine but it is annoying.
Restarting zenno does not help, only server restart helps. Any ideas what's wrong ?

Please update net.framework in your system - https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime
and install latest Windows updates.

I have updated NET, will clarify if it has helped
