Do I need to install it again? or is it a server error?

Hello,
It seems the error connecting to our server.
Do you have direct connection or via proxy/VPN ?
 
It sort of resolved itself. Yes, I use VPN but the error only appeared once for a few minutes even though I changed the VPN location.
