Creating account on website...

I'm honestly struggling so much with ZennoPoster
I can't find any modern guides, they're all 10+ years old on youtube with old ass versions of the software
Can someone help/show me an example of how to create an account on a website, how to get and use the XPath etc?
Need help!!
