Creating email accounts and an account on a social network. Help!

Hi, I need to create hundreds of accounts on a social network and have them login everyday. I first need to create the email accounts, then the network accounts. The website is strict on tracking IP's and they send a confirmation link every time you sign in with a new IP. Also you can only have 1 account per IP, so I need to make sure each account logins in only with a specific IP. How would I go about doing this with out building the accounts one by one as separate templates? Also my IPs are paid shared http IP's.
