Creating images out of pdf and then upload them to a CRM

I have a PDF file with multiple pages. Each page contains a QR code. I need take this QR codes out of the file as pictures (jpeg or png) and upload each picture to a CRM system (visit a link, login, create an item, upload a picture, save, again create an item, upload a picture, save,...)
