Critical bug - pages are not loading

After upgrade to last version (5.9.3.0) pages are not loading form me in ProjectMaker. I try to create bot and i want to open for example outlook.com - it dont work, same with many other sites. How i can report this bug to devs?

After server restart i dont see this bug. I will update this thread if i see it again.

This problem usually arises when bad proxy is used. Or maybe there was smth wrong with internet connection.

I had this problem when not trim variable, take url with first character empty field
