Debugger Getting Stuck

Debugger gets stuck in the middle of a debugging session, i.e., instance window is blank and debug forward arrow remains greyed out, so I cannot move forward. What could be the reason and what is the solution for this? It has worked for me before.

I switched from Firefox to IE, but still no luck.
