Does not work with socks proxy using login and password，but use Proxifier ok

i have a private socks5 proxy,it has username and password. when i use proxifier software, this private socks5 work well, but when i set the proxy socks5:// login: Password @ proxy: port in the zp4, the proxy can't be work, why?
then i set this private socks5 proxy without username and password , it can work well in zp4, but it alwasy can't work with it have username and password. why zp4 not suppost the socks proxy with username and password. i think my socks5 proxy work well ,because it can work when i use proxifier, the proxifier check my private socks5 is ok, but zp4 can't work this private socks5 socks5:// login: Password @ proxy: port . why

Do they require authorization when you use it in FireFox for instance

of course it need authorization ,because this private socks5 has login name and password

Firefox doesn't support socks5 with pass + login. It's old FF bug. We'll try to figure out how to fix it by ourselves but for now we suggest you to use socks5 with IP authentification.
