Doesn't run after update

Just updated ZP, and it stopped launching on windows 7 based pc. All i get is "updating licenses" and nothing after it disappears.

Please fully uninstall the software cleaning files from Program Files directory, restarting PC, and then install anew.

Hello,

same problem here. Just updated from 5.10.0.2 to 5.10.1.0 and now PM doesn't start anymore. It just shows "Initialization" and "Updating licenses" after double click, shows for a second or two within the Windows Task Manager and then nothing happens. ZP starts without problems and seems to work.
Already followed your recommendation and re-installed the software (checked the first setting when deinstalling, "Deleting program files directory") but without success.
The previous version worked flawlessly on my Windows Server 2008 R2 VPS.
Do you have another solution to make it working again?

Okay, just updated the .NET Framework from 4.5.2 to 4.6.2 and now PM works again.

If you cant install framework 4.6.2 on 2012 R2 install these updates first:

1. Windows Update KB2919442 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42162)
2. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42335, including all six files:
Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.msu
Windows8.1-KB2932046-x64.msu
Windows8.1-KB2934018-x64.msu
Windows8.1-KB2937592-x64.msu
Windows8.1-KB2938439-x64.msu
Windows8.1-KB2959977-x64.msu

3. Install framework 4.6.2
