How to prevent double sell same bot to same user?

Support tell me that is not the bug, but i do not know what is it . I now again have again same situation, system sell me twice same bots for same user, I only notice this via balance. But if this happen via API, i can not allways looks in balance and count every action.

Please prevent double sell same bot to same user . Thanks

How do you use methods in API? Seems that sometimes you or your client call the method twice.
