download problems after ZP upgrade

hi;
I was having a template for downloading links from search console.
Until 2 weeks ago i was running ZP 5.17.1.0, on FF45 engine.

As i needed the newest FF engine, I decided to upgrade to the newest ZP, and thats where things stopped working.

I have also upgraded the template to fit the newest version of GSC.
The end result is after installing the newest ZP the download doesn't work anymore.

it seems as if i am missing something obvious and the files are being blocked from downloading ( i see some strange message in right lower corner - as in the picture attached) - could anybody point me to where the problem is ?

What error do you get when executing your template in newest version?

Truth be told - I see nothing.
The file never gets to downloaded.
This also causes no message in the log
