Edit button disappeared from Record & Debug section

In Record & Debug section I cannot click to edit any block, actually the edit button has actually disappeared. The only thing that has changed is that i restored the old image of windows 7 on which this feature actually had been working for over a year. So windows shouldn't be a problem it is probably something of software which is missing.

The only way to edit a block while recording would be to switch to advanced editor. Basically the Record & Debug became only the Record section:

I cannot open action settings. When I click on any block nothing happens.

See the picture. There is no edit button as you can see. Also when I click nothing happens. Anyway double click is the same as clicking on edit.

This is turned on. Actually this cannot even be turned off as it gets turned on when i click on a block.

And still when i click on any block nothing happens in the Record & Debug.

I solved the problem by reinstalling windows. I went from win7 32 to win7 64bit. Now when I click in recording/debug the action property pop-ups and everything is fine.
