Enable/Disable expanations

Is it possible to enable/disable those ?

As I do not have them on one of my PC's

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable these explanations. If they won't work on PC, try updating net.framework.

Okay I have just checked and I have newest net framework installed, so problem should be everywhere else:

This is the problem with controls working incorrectly in some operating system. We have recently updated controls and hope this problem will dissappear in next version of the program.
You may also install latest OS updates. Perhapts it will help to avoid the problem.
