Error Creating ProjectMaker main window

While opening Project Maker. I guess i clicked the option to reset gui windows in the settings.

What exact option did you reset in program settings?
Please reproduce the error, then run Diagnostic from program directory Progs folder
and send created report.zip to support@zennolab.com

Report is sent;

1. I had some problems with panels in Project Maker.
2. Ive clicked "Reset panels".
3. I was using the Project Maker.
4. I do not remember if i restarted it or not, but today morning i cannot open it, beacuse of this error

With help of (great) support i was able to fix the issue, this happend after changing Windows language here:

Region -> Administrative -> Change system locale
