Error in Recieve Emails

Hi,
I got a problem on recieve emails in creating blogs recently.
when i checked in PM there is notice "Socket connection has timed out...."
I used hotmail and IMAP in setting
What should i do?

i guess hotmail requires imap to be enabled in settings on their site.

1) makescreenshot of error
2) check account in browser
3) try to check settings on outlook site. maybe something there should be enabled in order to grant access for 3rd party softwares
