Error on installing

I am getting the following message trying to reinstall Zennoposter


Unpacking the system components

Error extracting 'SETUP_1.CAB': Failure writing to target file


Happens with standard and MPstandard

I've never had any problem before.

No nothing on there applies to my computer.

Running as administrator.

I can install Zennoposter but it will not open the programme to run it.
