failing to find email even though it's there.

The email processing does not seem to work if the email lands in the junk folder. I've logged into the email account via the extended view, load the emails across all directory, set up the regex for the email I'm trying to parse and so on. Everything seems to work fine, but the second I try running that specific step in debug mode it just fails to find the email over and over again.
 
pop3 or imap? which email provider?
 
Tried both pop and imap, provider was outlook
 
Gmail fails to login to the server completely.

Settings are:

user {-var.email-}
pass {-var.pass-}
server: pop.gmail.com
port: 995
username: {-var.email-}


for imap same as above but

server: imap.gmail.com
port: 993

Also for some reason, when I hit replay project it just freezes and I have to kill process via task manager.
 
Far as I know outlook is set to on as default as I'm able to pull the emails via the advance editor. It just doesn't find it when running it.

As for gmail, will check these settings when I'm logged in to an account,.
 
outlook requires additional setting too as far as i remember
