I personally think having the ability to comment action groups would be useful. I find myself deep in a lot of projects, then if they sit for a while and I have to go back to them having to retrace what each action group does. Something right at the top of each action group that defines what it's purpose is.
For simple projects with 3 or 4, this is not really much advantage, but as web tasks grow more complex and you end up with 10-20 action groups, this feature might be useful.
