FullEmulationMouseMoveAboveHtmlElement gets Stuck on the bottom of the page

When using FullEmulationMouseMoveToHtmlElement and FullEmulationMouseMoveAboveHtmlElement and it's trying to "lock" the htmlElement by scrolling up and down the page, it gets stuck when it reaches the bottom margin of the document.

Also tried to play with the FullEmulationMouseSetOptions but with no effect.

PS: I noticed more options on this method: float rectabgleBasePointPartWidth, rectabgleBasePointPartHeight and rectabgleEndPointPartWidth - anyone knows what they are?
