Gender name only question

I created random to choose gender, and wanted to use the gender I pick for 'First Name'. What is a good way of doing this instead of using a list.?

It depends on what is Your first name. At some point, You have to bot tell that this first name is female or other first name is male.
When You got that information You can then create your logic.
