Get new line each time

I want to get every time a new email but not randomly
i want it to take email number 1 then 2 then 3 etc..
so i did that but it always take the first line only

i don't want to delete the line that used because i need to submit the same email in another place after that

You can take email with deletion, then return it to the end of the same list.
