is there any way to bypass phone verification when registering google accounts? Or may be any other way of mass google account creation?

You can try going through Adwords. Don't know if that method still works or not but it used to. Best to just buy some phone numbers and abuse them.

Yes that's a big pain in the ass and that's far from being automated

True, you can register Adwords accounts but you will not be able to use them for Gmail. Google will ask you to perform full registration which cannot be automated at the moment
Might work for other services, dont know.
