grab proxy used for sign up and copy to file

I need to save those values in a txt file after I sign up to a site:

username: password: proxyUsedWhileSignup: portUsed

How can I pick the proxy used with macros or other??
And is this forum still active?

I understand the process but is it normal it returns a blank line to the appended file when in debug mode?
Does it mean that it only returns a proxy that has been loaded in proxy list? I dont understand what "instance" mean in get instance proxy.
