hotkeys bug?

Hello, I have binded text processing action in hotkey manager to my keyboard (Ctrl + Q), and maybe it's not really a bug, but still, when adding a new cube it would make a lot of sense to create it where the mouse is , like doing ctrl + c ctrl + v in project maker, pastes the cube close to the mouse.
Or at least attach it to the currently selected cube. Now it's dropped in the corner, please see the video, thank you.
