hotmail posting

i already have hotmail accounts. but i've been trying to develop a template for one or two days now without success. i am stuck with placing email addresses in the TO field. that's only for one sending of email.

is there a template already on how to send emails thru hotmail with the following features:
1. sends captcha to decaptcher services when a captcha appears
2. multi-threading
3. accepts csv file for the hotmail sender accounts
4. accepts csv file for the recipients emails
5. clears cache, cookies, and changes proxy every mail sending

I have not seen such template yet, but I think it is easy to do. If you have some questions about template, not about ready made solution - feel free to ask.
