How can i interact with a flash element in a website ?

Hello friends,
Now am working with an online image editor Befunky : https://www.befunky.com/create/

But I can't interact with its elements because of its flash. Any solution?

I also struggle with this. Im trying to upload header image to tumblr. No matter if i go search by picture/action designer>rise or just record me clicking it, the upload window wont popup. If i do this manually it works. I think thats javascript
