How can I restart and take another url from the list

Hello friends, I'm doing the next project and I need help:
I want to take from a list (urls) and from the 1st url to do the following processes (I attach the image) once the processes are finished I want to take again the next url from the list and do the same.
The problem I have is that when the process ends how I do to start again and take the next url from the list?
