HOW do i gather ids off of pages?

i wanted to gather friend ids off of pages from sites like facebook , tagged, and badoo.
but i realized there wasnt a video information for gathering the ids of pages.

like , if i go to the browse friends menu on any site, how can i gather the ids and
set the zennoposter to add DIFFERENT IDS , not the same ids gathered the
first time i recorded the automation.

Save the ID's to a list and remove duplicates. The list should be bound to a file so that the old ID's will be available to check against

ok, let me clarify.

i have downloaded 30 videos off of zennolab youtbe and xdarkseo youtube
they both have strong russian accents
majority of their english is very hard to understand
i have played with zenno lab for the last 48 hours. i have absolutely no idea
how to use certain parts of this software

i have very simple requests.
gather friend list
add friends
message friends
comment friends
like friends post/status
that is all . that is it.

i cannot find one video that tells me this without the use of intellisearch .
again, i dont think this is rocket science but i would like a more
direct approach of simply building a friends on a website

that is all. no more. can you directly give me a teamviewer on this.
i know i can learn fast. i never give up.
