How do you use the 'record to table function' to record scraped information

I have scraped information and it works fine for the first row, however, how do I set a variable to the table, so that every time the program loops the recorded information goes into the next row down.

e.g. A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7
How do i record to

B1. B2. B3. B4. B5.B6.B7??
