How to check text presence?

This question is regards the checking of text presence.

When I input a value (i.e. username) during account creation, how do I check if username is already taken? When a unique username is inputted, then the message 'Available' shows. I'm able to grab the unique OuterText in Get Value ok, but need to establish if all is ok to carry on.

Because in html source code, both 'Available' & 'Not available' is present. If the message 'Available' is shown, I need to proceed with the template.

Try to parse {-Page.Text-} instead of {-Page.Source-}
