the popup google address code with div tag , when the mouse move on it, the background color will change

I tried many method but all failed, for example, i tried to search the picture ( here you can see before 386 Bell in the picture) and click it, i tired to touch on the div, those 2 method sometimes work, sometimes not work,
I tried to all the function in ' action desinger -Rise - Event ', none of them works except touch, but touch sometimes not work( i think when the screensize change, it will not work)
anyone can help? don't know how to do. will C# script work? Thank you
