How to click a link that changes with every new run

Hi, I am a total novice in this, can someone please explain to me, how to make Zenno click links that are always changing, http://www.profile/username.com type of thing. I have absolutely no experience and have come to a complete stop. Any help would be very great, many thanks, Charlie.

You can use every common attribute. If you know that the link you need always contain the word profile you can do something like this:
