If its a private proxy you need to auth the ip to allow your server to use proxy.

You can do that where you buy the proxies from.

If its public proxies i guess they just suck. I just enter my proxys like 192.168.2.22:2946
And it works.

In fact, it was compulsory to whitelist my IP... that's why it doesn't work at the beginning now it works thank you all
