How to generate profiles the right way?

I have a few questions
1) Does chromium engine only generate profile based on chrome browsers ( Gets detected as chromium on desktop but works with phone as chrome)?
2) What browser should i select in configure manually setting when i used chromium engine, firefox engine, (CEF) chrome engine.

Even the (CEF) chrome gets detected as chromium when generating desktop browser profile...

May be i don't have the right settings

But what if i need certain amount of profiles for a specific OS or Browser...

Then just select browsers and OS which your need.
