How to get a line where a specific column contains specified text or regex?

Hi guys, the question is pretty much in the title. I've been managing quite a few tables lately and wanted to somehow connect them all to generate some reports. I know that I can take a line which contains specific text or regex, but sometimes, these lines "don't belong" to the topic at hand.

Would be super cool if I could take lines that are relevant to specified parameters in a column or, even better, a set of columns.
