How to Get All Variable Names and Values into a List or Table?

Is there a way to get all variable names and values into a list or table?

Would be very nice to have this feature ... hard to debug templates after debug sometimes. For example -- email confirmation URL is not found = template fails, but I can't easily see {-Variable.confirmationURL-} is empty. If I could do a text file dump of all variable values on Bad End, then I could see!
