How to put List into variable.

Hey guy, so i have huge file over 100,000 lines, but i can check 50 at a time on a website.

So i take 50 lines by making a sublist and then how do i put all the date from my sublist into a website ? How can i attach my sublist into a variable so then i can just use that variable and post all 50 url at once ?
