How to put wall of text instead of using variables? (v. slow)

Hey all

Right now I use spintax stored in text files. File processing>put spintax to variable>and then when i post online i use this variable.

However for text of 500 words it lags me for 5 minutes or more. I also have bigger articles like 3k words. Whats the fastest way to post an article I have in text file?

How do you put text from Variable to text field when you post in a blog? Do you use keyboard emulation or Actions Designer>Set-Value?
