How to run different templates simultaneously?

Hi guys..

How do I run different templates at the same time? If I put them all in the same group, they just run after each other. If I select 2-3 threads, more of the same template runs...

put it in other groups and set up threads count for each template

I did that, but it still doesnt run the templates at the same time, only one after each other...
