how to save the proxies by its working time

Hi There,

1) After Adding the Sources in sources list path.. how can i get the proxies which works 10 mins or by time..

2) In filter option the max delay is in seconds .. how can i set for milliseconds..

3) how can i save the proxies list for every half an hour ..

1) How do i set the response time ..? I need to set the response time around 50 milliseconds , if so how can i set that in the ZPC..
2) The outputted proxies through the Local host option didn't work in other machines..why..?

I need to take the proxies out to the .php file like something else....which ll'be updated in every particular intervals.
I need to use that proxy engine file for my further use, that will be accessed from different machines


Give me your suggestion as soon as possible.
