how to save video traffic

Is there an easy way to stop videos from loading in TikTok to save traffic? On YT you can use traffic-monitor to identify where the videotraffic is coming from, but on tiktok it's not that easy, it changes everytime. Is there a way to identify the traffic source and block it during runtime (without blocking too much and ruining the whole site)?

You can try disabling Media in browser settings. This should not load video content.
