How to take a screenshot of the instance

Hello,
I'm trying to take a screenshot before an error to help me know the problem but every time when it tries
to make a screenshot, I get this error
Executing action ImageProcessing Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\ff.bmp\'.
no matter what path I choose, I get that error, tried on 2 different machines and same thing, I'm fairly new to this so help in this matter would be appreciated, thanks!

Making a screenshot is not a proper way to debug proiject.
I would better recommend you copying Id of project error in log and finding error action in ProjectMaler by this id.

The issue is your project directory. I suppose you project file saved on desktop in your system.
